HouseGads Return & Refund Policy

At HouseGads, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer returns and exchanges in accordance with the policy below.

1. Dispatch & Delivery

Order Processing: Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • European Union (EU): Approximately 3–5 business days
  • United States (USA): Approximately 7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

2. Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for eligible items.

Return Period: Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Return Window: Returned item(s) must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery.

How to Start a Return:
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Support Team at support@housegads.com. Return instructions and the return address will be provided once your request has been reviewed and approved.

Exchanges: Exchange requests will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Order Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Used, damaged, altered, or washed items
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Clearance, final sale, or discounted items unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs showing the issue. We will review the matter and provide an appropriate resolution.

4. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • All original packaging, labels, tags, and accessories must be included.
  • Items must show no signs of wear, use, damage, or alteration.
  • Returns that do not meet these requirements may be rejected or may qualify only for a partial refund.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as HouseGads cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

6. Refund Process

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your payment provider or financial institution, additional processing time may be required before the funds appear in your account.
